Orders and Participation on the Site

You must be Twenty-One (21) years of age or older to purchase any items on our

Site, participate in any activities or services offered on our Site and/or be a

member and receive membership benefits, if any.

and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If any

Security Measures

Please review our Privacy Policy or information on our website security

measures and the protection of your personal information.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Most orders placed Monday -

Friday before 12pm MST are shipped out the same day, but we do not

guarantee this. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

MST. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail or UPS. You will receive a

confirmation and tracking number in a email when your postage is printed

and sent for delivery.

Little Pot encourages you to place an order when you are about half full to

prevent from running out of CBD. Little Pot ships nationwide and and if you

Returns:

We understand things happen. We accept refunds on unopened product

purchased within 30 days. Postage is paid by customer and your refund will

be processed as soon as the return package arrives. Please contact us at
